Apple and App Store purchases

ZenFlow Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We may access purchase and subscription status metadata required to validate entitlements and restore access. Apple may process your data under its own policies. See Apple Privacy for details.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers needed for app functionality (such as Apple purchase services) and only when required by law.

Tracking and advertising

ZenFlow does not use your data for third-party advertising profiles or cross-app behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal data.

Data retention

• Focus session statistics are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share them with support.
• Support emails and attachments are retained only as long as needed to resolve your request and maintain support records.
• Purchase-related status data is retained only as needed to validate access and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Children's privacy

ZenFlow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
