Acceptance of terms

By using ZenFlow or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of ZenFlow

• You may use ZenFlow for personal or professional productivity workflows.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse ZenFlow services.
• You are responsible for maintaining secure access to your device and Apple ID.

Billing and purchases

• ZenFlow Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal charges are billed to your Apple ID account by Apple.
• Subscription management and cancellation are handled in your Apple account settings.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple Media Services terms.

Free trials

If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a trial may be forfeited when a paid subscription begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Acceptable use

• You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system operation.
• You may not bypass, disable, or attempt to reverse engineer app protections except where prohibited by law.

Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to ZenFlow if these terms are materially violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Changes to the service or terms

We may update ZenFlow features, pricing, or these terms from time to time. Continued use of ZenFlow after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Privacy

Limitation of liability

ZenFlow is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable laws in your operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
